Even the best teams have cheerleaders don't they?

So why not you?

Sure you need the people who would provide you with constructive
criticisms along the way, but you also need the people who will help
you believe in times when believing becomes a really TOUGH thing.

We all need cheerleaders. We need friends who can believe in us even
when we doubt ourselves. We need those whose smile motivates us and
makes our day.

If you really want to succeed in your dream, get the dream team ready,
and that certainly includes your cheerleaders. CHEERS!

Do You Really Need To Persevere?

Do you really need to persevere? Whenever you're faced with such a
question, remember that PERSEVERANCE should always go hand in hand with
WISDOM.

I admit that there are projects I've left without really being able to
complete them. In many cases, all that's needed is to FINISH them
through in order to reap the fruits of my previous labors. Otherwise,
everything would just go to waste.

But there are also cases in which perseverance is not the missing key,
but a total change in strategy. Let us never mistake perseverance for
stubbornness for they're two very different things. We become stubborn
when wisdom dictates that we abandon our futile efforts but we keep on
doing what we insist on doing all because of PRIDE, FEAR or other
things that doesn't really make sense.

Do you really need to persevere? Ask for wisdom first and you will know
the answer.

Your Wealth Is Not In Your Money

Your real wealth is not in your money. It is not in your bank account,
your stocks or your properties.

Your real wealth is in your being. It's in your character, your
attitude, your knowledge and your skills. It's what you'd always
possess even if all your material riches are taken away from you.

If wealth were in money alone, every winner of lottery draws would have
remained rich all their lives. Statistics however show the opposite.
It shows that many people who have won big sums of money have lost the
same amount as quickly as they have won it.

I remember one businessman I've met who said that even if he were to
lose all the money he had, he would still be able to rise up and gain
it all again. His real wealth was not in those riches. He knows HOW
to be rich. He knows how to sell and to conduct his business well, and
he certainly knows how to start over again.

Whichever business you're in, remember that selling is your key to
success!

Everybody's selling something:
* Some people are selling retail products
* Some are selling their services
* Others are selling their time
* Others their expertise
* Still others their reputation and credibility

In all our endeavors, we are somehow selling ourselves.

Even if you're not into `business', you are still selling something as
an employee. Look at your resume and see how you're selling your
skills, experience and other qualifications.

In order to succeed therefore, you should be able to know what you're
selling, how you're going to sell it and who are the people who are
going to buy it from you at a price that is acceptable to you. ;-)

When Your Path Is Being Blocked

There are times that while in the pursuit of your dreams you will feel
that your path is being blocked. That no matter what you try to do,
nothing seems to work, and fate itself seems against you. During such
times, take heart, and consider two things:

1. You are merely being tested if what you are doing is your true
passion. If it isn't, you will quickly waver with the difficulties
that come. You will be frustrated by every little adversity.

2. You are being redirected towards a better path. Maybe there is a
better way of doing things. Maybe other doors will lead you to greater
opportunities. Maybe another strategy will bring you more closely to
your goal.

Be not disheartened by closed doors. For all you know, they whisper
unto you a secret path which will lead you to your true desires.

The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
